QWhat happens when I outgrow a plan?+
You move up — Free to Growth to Scale. Everything already on the ledger comes with you: cap table, registers, documents, filing history. Nothing is re-entered; upgrading changes what the plan allows, not what already happened.
QIs the compliance engine really on the Free plan?+
Yes. Compliance is why Saral exists — paywalling it would defeat the point. Every plan gets the full rules engine, deadlines, filing packs and statutory registers.
QCan I export my data if I leave?+
Always, on every plan, at no charge. Cap tables, registers and documents export to Excel and PDF. No hostage-taking — if we are not useful, leaving should be easy.
QDo you charge per filing?+
No. The fee is a flat monthly (or annual) amount for the plan you are on, based on stakeholders and data rooms — not per PAS-3, per MGT-14 or per filing pack. File as many events as your company actually has.
QWhat does annual billing save?+
Two months, on any paid plan — pay for 10 months of Growth or Scale, get 12. Free is free either way, monthly or annual.
